Intr-un articol trecut am vorbit despre cat de importanta
este calitatea apei pentru a avea cel mai bun ceai. Mai multe despre asta

Insa acum ne propunem sa facem o scurta analiza intre apa
de la robinet, apa plata si apa filtrata. Asadar, sa trecem in revista o
lectura de un minut.

Desi persista o neincredere in siguranta apei de la robinet, un studiu realizat pe 35 de marci de apa imbuteliata nu le-a gasit neaparat mai sigure, mai curate sau de o calitate mai buna.

Insa, doua studii
publicate inca din anii ’70 au rezolvat misterul. De fapt, problema suntem noi,
pentru ca, cloruram apa potabila.

Dupa zeci de ani de cercetari, se pare ca ingestia pe tot
parcursul vietii de apa potabila clorurata are drept rezultat „un risc clar”
pentru cancerul vezicii urinare, mai exact 40 de ani de expunere la clorul din
apa iti cresc riscul de cancer la vezica cu aproximativ 27%.

Cea mai buna modalitate de a reduce riscul este folosirea
filtrelor direct in retea (filtre cu osmoza inversa) sau canile filtrante, insa atentie, filtrele trebuie schimbate exact asa cum recomanda producatorul,
altfel creste riscul de acumulare a bacteriilor si ajungi sa ingerezi mai multe
bacterii decat cele din apa de la robinet.
