Ceaiul negru, ceaiul verde si ceaiul alb sunt preparate din frunzele aceleiasi plante perene, Camellia sinensis. Ceaiurile medicinale sunt infuzii ale oricaror plante, fructe sau radacini mai putin cea numita… ceai.
Ce anume contine atat de special arbustul ceaiului? Fitonutrientii din aceasta planta sunt atat de puternici incat pot inversa boala chiar daca sunt aplicati exclusiv pe piele. Spre exemplu, aplicarea locala a ceaiului sub forma de alifii pe negii genitali a condus la o eliminare in proportie de suta la suta a acestora la mai mult de jumatate din pacientii testati.
Daca ceaiul verde poate face astfel de minuni prin aplicarea sa externa, apare imediat intrebarea: ce efecte interne poate avea el daca este baut?
Consumul de ceai ar putea proteja de asemenea împotriva tumorilor maligne ginecologice, cum ar fi cancerul ovarian si cel endometrial. In plus, el pare sa reduca colesterolul, tensiunea, glicemia si grasimea corporala. Poate proteja creierul de declinul cognitiv si de atacul cerebral.
